I would like to thank Claire for taking on a case which was far from straight forward. Claire provided a first class service to my customer after it became apparent there was a shortfall in funding required to help the customer secure the premises and land from which his business traded. I had already provided funding via an unsecured loan through his business and further funding was secured via HSBC Bank, however there was still a substantial shortfall which Claire managed to secure. Claire provided him with an option of raising the additional funds via a secured loan on his residential property. This was not as straight forward as we would have liked, however Claire looked after the customer from the beginning right through to completion. Although Claire and I work in similar sectors it was great that we could work together as a team to make sure the customer received the funds he needed to complete the purchase of the business. I would have no hesitation in recommending Claire for secured loans. Claire is very professional, personable and an expert in this sector. Claire also provides a first-class service to her customers.
