Although I can go direct to most lenders myself you saved me hours of research and came up with a solution in a day. My client had to go to court and we managed to get an adjournment with your help and this was a massive relief for my elderly clients, who’s healthy had started to deteriorate due to the pressure. The mortgage then completed one week after the court date to the relief of everyone, my clients have kept their home. From start to finish this process took four weeks, some of the high street lenders can’t touch this timescale.
